Small batch roasted (within 1-3 months).
All of our coffee cherries are harvested from a single plot of land on our farm.
We process (pick, depulp, wash and pack for shipping) our coffee cherries on site at the farm (a lot of farmers use centralized facilities or collectives).
Farm elevation: ~1800msl (~6600ft)
Process: Washed (fermented for ~12-14 hours). Dried on covered and raised beds.
Harvest: November 2024/January 2025
