Small batch roasted (within 1-3 months).
All of our coffee cherries are harvested from a single plot of land on our farm.
We process (pick, depulp, wash and pack for shipping) our coffee cherries on site at our farm and not through a collective or any other intermediaries.
Farm elevation: ~1800msl (~6600ft)
Process: Washed (fermented for ~12-14 hours). Dried on covered and raised beds.
Harvest: February/April 2025
